Benjamin Leger appointed Sales Director

Benjamin Leger, M.Sc. (Chemistry), has been appointed as Forchem’s new Sales Director. He joins Forchem on 1 May 2026 and becomes a member of the Management Team.

In his role, Benjamin will be responsible for sales in Forchem’s chemical markets and for leading the company’s sales team. He will work closely with the current Sales Director, Ian Anderson, during a transition period ahead of Ian’s planned retirement at the end of 2026.

Benjamin brings extensive experience across the pine chemicals value chain and international sales leadership. He has held several senior commercial and leadership positions at DRT and later at Firmenich, with responsibility for business units and global sales and marketing. Most recently, he has worked as a consultant in biobased chemicals, supporting companies including the Respol Group.
