Henrik Lindegrén appointed CEO as of 1 January 2026

The Board of Directors of Forchem Oyj has appointed Henrik Lindegrén, M.Sc. (Econ.), as the company’s new CEO. He currently serves as Forchem’s CFO and Deputy CEO and will assume his new role on 1 January 2026.
The current long-standing CEO, Risto Näsi, will retire and continue as a member of the Board of Directors of Forchem. The arrangement supports a smooth management transition and ensures continuity in the company’s operations.
The new CEO has a strong understanding of Forchem’s business and strategy. In his role as CFO, he has played a key part in strengthening the company’s financial steering and resilience during a period of significant transformation in the industry. Prior to joining Forchem, he has held demanding management positions and senior specialist roles at, among others, KPMG, as well as in the feed and food industries. He also has board experience.
